Kidnest offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. No advance payment is required. Payment is due at the time of delivery. Other payment methods may be introduced at our discretion.

3. Product Quality and Delivery

Product Quality:

All products sold by Kidnest are imported directly from China and are subject to quality checks. We ensure that our products meet high-quality standards. However, if a product does not meet the advertised quality, please contact our support within 7 days of receiving your order.

Delivery:

We offer free home delivery nationwide. Delivery times are estimated at 2-3 days after order confirmation. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Kidnest is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method (if applicable) or through an alternative method as agreed upon.

Exclusions:

Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund. Late return requests (beyond 7 days) will not be accepted.

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is subject to our return policy. Please contact our support immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
