   • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

   • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Initiating a Return/Exchange:

   • Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or Facebook to request a return or exchange.

   • Provide your order details (order number, product code) and the reason for return/exchange.

3. Processing Time:

   • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Method:

   • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or through a mutually agreed-upon alternative (e.g., mobile banking).

5. Shipping Costs:

   • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, shipping charges may apply.

6. Exceptions:

   • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a return or refund.

   • Any request made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
